if its under a year old save yourself a trip and call 1-800-801-1101 for the warrenty and they will send you a new one. If its over a year old and you have insurance you can call Lockline at 1-888-562-8662 and they will send you a new one. If its over a year old and you have no insurance, bust out the check book.

I have been with AT&T when you were still sucking on your mothers titty, when I break a phone they send me a new one no charge, I have never paid for a phone, ever- and I have 3 phones with them.
