No has nothing to do with supporting, it's because your image is prolly too big (file size) we try to keep it low so we don't have big ass avatars that make the dial up people have to take a nap while they are waiting for a page to load.

And yes there are still at least 4 people in the US still on dial up https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png
