starter failed on the honda passport...

considering the OE part was very costly...

decided on the over the counter duralast...

well.. to make a long story short.. she whines loudly as soon as it engages..

damn... guess the gearing with the flywheel is mismatched....



teaches me from skimpin.. arrgghh

yea id go buy a rebuilt OE one, if it fails you swap it, comes with a 1 year warranty, ro it should.

The over the counter ones suck i replaced 5 in one day on the same car, Everyone they sent didnt work.
