I used to drink coffee up until about two months ago. Course I stopped smoking cigarettes at the same time. Now I pretty much just drink water, I've even quit drinking soda. I still have an occasional cup of coffee, can of soda, or smoke, but I'd say less than 2 of each during the course of a week.



I kinda re-evaluated a lot of things in my life, and realized that ANYTHING in excess is not good, so I cut back on many things.
