I don't know if I'm getting all of the story or not, but apparently he was off with his friend David, David gets accused of running some guy off the road, it turns into a word fight, then a pushing one, all the way to Kevin getting a ******* screwdriver shoved in his face. Barely missed his eye, had to call in a really good specialist to close it all up it was so close. I haven't seen him yet, but the last I heard he was wearing a patch that nearly covers the side of his face it happened to. This all took place in a Wal-Mart parking lot. Chad (my friend, his older brother) went back with some friends to see if they could just see the security tape so that they could ID the truck, they were told to come back with a cop. I like Kevin, so this thing really pisses me off.

 

 

Later on, if he's up to it, I'll see if he'll let me get a picture.

 

I blame Walmart.

Tell me about it? What happened to everybody just being in the "Christmas mood" & helping one another? I saw on the news on Black Friday that people were fist fighting over presents & a few other people got pushed over and trampled on....... I just don't get it.



Well, I hope Kevin is gonna be alright - that sucks

 

He came back home last night, 14 stitches is what I heard. He ate dinner with his family plus my mom and sister tonight. This guy introduced me to everybody who's now my friend when we moved out to this neighborhood, including his brother, and he's been dating my sister for about a year and a half now. Needless to say, the guy who did this needs to spend a few years behind some bars for this.

 

Update: The cut was so close to his eye that it cut in the area of the tear duct, continuing under the eye towards the side of his face.

 

Damn, that sucks. But how did it happen in a wal-mart lot when he ran him off the road??



I would get some pipe hittin' fools, and take at it on his body.

 

Supposedly ran him off the road or cut him off, guy comes up to them accusing them of it when they pulled into the gas station parking lot (that joins up with the Wal-Mart parking lot.)
