How was everyone's St. Patrick's Day? It was great for me. Went to work at 9am we were slammed all day and night. The drain in the kitchen backed up. Some girl accidently flushed her id down the toilet, then the same girl flushed her phone down the toilet and backed it up. The guy we hired to serve beers out of the window dropped a rack of glasses that contained 25 of the 36 shot glasses we had for car bombs, and that was at about noon. We saw 8 pairs of breasts. We had way too many women lifting our kilts up, even after we flashed them. Only had one fight and that was between two girls. But as we were kicking them out, one of thier boyfriend's decided to break a glass accross my hand, but that was the only incident. We went through 7 kegs of Guinness, sold 260 car bombs, and did 30,000 in sales, which is a new record for us for St. Patty's day. Left at six this morning. Twas a good day.

I work at an Irish bar, so it's pretty much a given. We all wore kilts even the owners, the girls were basically schoolgirl skirts. It's good for festivity, lots of people during the day wear kilts, the piper band always stops the parade and marches through the bar and restraunt for one song. It's just a festivity thing. Just like when we have this one specific band come to play all the bartenders will dress up in some theme, it just draws a crowd.

It's a ******* party. None of us behind the bar had enough time to even grab a smoke let alone eat at all until we closed. It was rediculous. But fun, and apparently there is a butt load of money in the safe from tips. We just said **** it at the end, didn't want to stick around for another hour to count tips and divy it all up.

HAha I never understood that. 3/10 was our St patty's parade, aka 75,000 of the 110,000 people in attendence get totally shitfaced.
