Sounds like a pressure surge in the line. Did you check the pulsation dampner?

I had a friend with the same thing...he thought that if he just screwed his girl more it would go away. To make a long story short his tallywhacker exploded in mid stride with his girl and is now using an aftermarker ****. Take no chances man...this is serious
