did he mention his theory on white people blowing up the levees to get rid of the blacks people so thier property values would go up?

Actually, if you think about it, Katrina is a very white name. I mean how many black women do you know that are named Katrina? So there you go. It was a white hurricane what did all that damage to the black people in Loozianna!

The only Katrina I know is black.
