21.2, was about 18.7 in high school

I've been gaining weight since high school, but I think that's because I eat whatever the hell I want, and I sit on my *** at least 8 hours a day.

That's crap. Overly simplified. I've been 5'8", 173 lbs with 10% body fat, but that calls me overweight. 26.2

Lee Priest competes at 5'4", 220 lbs, maybe 2.5% body fat, he would be obese. 37.8

If you want a reasonable accurate method have the hot chick at the gym pinch your rolls and stick the freezing cold calipers on there.

I was going to get into how BMI isn't accurate for muscular people, but I was too lazy. For example, my dad, who is a runner, gets a 19.9 on there. For me to get that low, I'd have to weigh about 163, and there's no way in hell I could ever get that low. My bones are too thick and I have a whole lot more muscle mass than my dad, so it's simply impossible. Skin folds are a much better method, but it's kinda hard to make an online form for that.
