[quote name='teknics' date='Aug 3 2005, 01:23 AM']everyone that says the ship is falling apart because its old.

Its not as old as the Russian ship, which has been running flawlessly for the past 40 YEARS. The last time someone died was in 1976 when three cosmonauts died.

In our program 14 people have died in the past couple of years or some ****.

Hell even china and **** are going into space with less problems.

Those space shuttles are older than 75% of the people who are posting in this thread with me included. They started the design back in 1970. The first launch was 81. Even the first launch is older than me. I wouldn't be so quick to call it crap

we let sattlites die in orbit and float around as garbage, why do we need to pick the garbage up from the space station?

We need to pick it up because otherwise it would hit other satalites and then when Britney Spears cell phone didnt work there would be a ****-storm. Space junks trajectorys are tracked by NORAD and there is a ton of it already, we dont need to add more. Satalites are easier to account for than stray bolts doing 500mph.
