well i am coming back from my freinds house and am doing about 20, 25 and as i am going down the road i notice this old green escort slowly merging into my side of the road not thinking anything but just let off the gass as the old turn right in front of me (green escort) no blinker nothing and as it had just snowed stoping is out of the picture, well i slam the bracks and go skidding into the side of this lady's car in my fb i hit her at about 10-15 mph. well as i get out getting reddy to cry about the damadge to my fb i notice that all it did was kill my licence plate and dent the peice between the headlights a little then i look at the escort!! holy **** it totaly folded there bumper and fender! well her insurince will be coming to look at the car. i am dibating on wether or not to even deal with this or make her pay???

the plate holder put 2 nice little holes in the bumper cover and that alone is $469 out of victoria british... so what do you guys think i should do????

well her insurance called me today and infomed me that they will pay all the bills for the work so boyah, should i milk it or just get my car repainted??? it needs one and maybe some headers as well well i have to go get 2 estamats and then fax them to the insuance to get my check..

I say milk it...you'd be surprised how much you can get, especially if you know someone that owns an autobody shop. Even if you don't, get as much outta that **** as possible.

yea especially since the car is old, exaggerate the prices if you got a connection, when cars are old and more rare insurance companies dont question the hgiher prices as often.

milk it. By the way, they can't force you to get more than one quote and you can have the work done at any shop you want. At least that is the law in Virginia. Insurance companies like to give you the impression that you have to take it to get a number of estimates and take it to the cheapest shop...
