this has got to be one of the most ridiculous things i have heard in a while...just fight it man...there is no judge in his right mind (when you explain what really happened) that should give you a ticket like that...sorry to hear it and good luck.

i mean if you meet the owner here, you can probably just have the owner of the 7 to prove that you weren't doing any trespassing or doing anything malicious

im going to go out on a limb and say you guys pissed the
cop off in some way.
If you were respectfull and polite I cant see him giving you a ticket.
And even though its starbucks they can write you a ticket, you need
to go back there and see if there are any signs posted about
tresspassing, we used to hang out at a Dunkin Donuts, it
was a problem because people hanging out with thier cars took
up the whole parkinglot, we would get tresspassing tickets all the time, they were $25 though.
