I think maybe he was confused... besides, it was private property, and the can't ticket you unless starbucks called the cops on you. Go back down there and ask to talk to the manager.. And bring your mom.

im friends with EVERYONE that works there, including management, so i guess they wouldnt call the cops on me, ill go ask tomorrow

 

maybe you can find the owner of the car in here and tell them to drop the damn charges and ****... and true, having an fop and pba card helps alot

 

no, its not the fault of the car owner, i didnt even make it to the car, i WAS goign to leave a nopistons buisness card on his window, thats one of the reasons i was walkign over ther,e but the cop got me and my friend for tresspassing , for, sitting on the trunk of MY buick..., when i was sittign there, i saw a 2nd gen vert park, so i walked over as the guy entered the store, to leave a nopistons card on his window, and as we walked to the sidewalk to head toward the fc, we got stopped and ticketed

 

so im gonna fight this, they CAN say we didnt buy anything, but then again, how does he know we didnt, or he may not of known that my friends mom ran to the bank to get money for us so we could hav bought something there

 

he may think you were solicitating if he saw u leave the first card.

 

dude the card, was in my wallet, and i didnt even get to put it out

and even if i did he would ahve got me for soliciting and not trespassing, i never made it over to the fc, and the card waas in my wallet
