Ceramic seals break just like stock seals, except when they go they shatter and destroy just about everything in their path. Great for withstanding heat and minimal wear on the housings, but aren't bullet proof like many would like to think.

Oh I know. But from what I have read and seen most people recomend using ceramic seals with a ceramic coating. That's why I'm interested to see how other seals will work with it. If they will wear down quicker because of the coating, or if they will be able to hold up. Plus ceramic seals are more resistant to detonation than stock carbon seals.

Ah I see. I may disagree a little bit about them being more resistant to detonation. I don't think the difference would make a difference. 3mm would have a slight effect too, but again the difference isn't gona make much difference.
