My friend wants to do the same thing with Banzai. No wait, he wants to build a garage bigger than Banzai's house.

I have decent neighbors, 2 of the 3 are Fantastic. One is an old school machinist who was trained in the apprentiship program in England and immigrated here 15 years ago. The others allow me the use of their 24 x 32 outbuilding as my auxilliary shop. Unfortunately the 3rd neighbor is my wife's sister and her alchoholic husband, punk son and stripper/escort daughter (who visits).

They built there house 12' from my back property line and have the nerve to complain about my shop, which was there before thay bought the land. I do make it a point to mow the back lot by the property line every sunday morning as soon as the sun comes up, weather it needs it or not.

I dont think there is anything wrong with people not wanting to see huge steel sheds in residentual areas

Maybe if they make them look like houses or nice old style barns its ok, but who wants to look at industrial buildings from thier backyard?

Some people dont know how to live and let live!!!!!!!!!

I have a interracial couple to my right that are always fighitng with every one on the street.. They call the cops all the time but they have called so much that PO does not even come anymore..

I have a lezbo alcoholic across the street ...she is a #@$@#$ sober...

Keep drinking babe....

Guy across the street works on HD's and triump bikes in his large garage. he is a redbilly and has a small junk yard at his home. I can reve the crap out my 7 and he can care less.

Lady to my left is old, probably deaf..she is cool so we plow her driveway FREE when it snows.

What you need to do when you plan on buying a home is this.

Look for a street with a little ghetto to it...

Look for a few rednecks or hillbillies on it...

Perhaps near and industrial sector...

Then you have peace of mind that your old clunker is not going to have the building inspector show up because your Stock brocker/layer/doctor/artist/*** neighbor does not like to see it everyday.

lol

I've been looking at a house that fits this to a T.

Best part is the shop is already built, and it matches the house perfectly. 3-phase power, and full of equipment!
