There is no operation, that's the beaty of it, it's a smoke and mirrors man, propoganda.
It works like this, you tell me what you want the government to be and it is, unless you open the wrong door, then it isn't. The more sense it all makes the less you know. Anyone who claims to know how it works is either one of "them", posing as one of us, or so self absorbed that they actually believe what they think they know. LOL
