What does it take to register one of those things over here? Historic tags?

Would it make a good daily driver?

You can do classic tags if you want, otherwise its no different than any other car.

I've been daily driving them for 4 years, so yes. Just this year I drove them from Fla to OK, OK to Cali, GA to OK. So about 3500 miles of cross country trips.

Well they aren't exactly straight line speed demons. But a stock 1275 moves along pretty decent. Cruises at 75mph easily and excelerates up hills. Has 62hp with the normal compression or 72 with the higher compression metro motor, which is what my truck has. A brand new 1380 with tranny and built up has 115hp, but cost 5k. They do vtec swaps, but they are priced at 25k.

The blue one is a later model sportpack (a 99 model). Worth a little more due to the options the car comes with, plus fuel injection, airbags, ect... They're still pulling in 15-17k.
