The Rx-8's chassis code is SE3P. Mazda knew it wasn't a replacement for the seven, so they didn't continue the F_3S series.

This obviously isnt'a definitive answer, but google FE3S and you get a bunch of websites talking about new iron sulfer compounds. Google SE3P, and you get RX-8 websites.

Anyone who knows you, would never let you drive one unless it had a full race drivetrain, and I'm not sure if they would even then.

fb's are alright i guess.... SA's are like 500 times better. at least. the fb has the ugliest rear end out of all the 7's BY FAR. the SA's are so much nicer.....i dont understand why they had to go and change it...

I like the look of the FB myself just not to keen on it's dashboard.
