wouldn't the tail light surround be white, or can they be painted?

You can paint them...my next car will have them body color...assuming it's an S4.

IT'S THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY MAZDA TURBO II LIMITED EDITION (which they don't made that much). This car has many modes. (show below) The car is pretty rare, the car has just been painted to sky blue with the new paint job using PPG paint. The whole car has been modified. This car look like the year 1991 RX-7 model.
