Thats a great first car. Thats a perfect daily driver. Now when you graduate or when you can afford to get a RX-7 you can just take it out in nice weather and on weekends.

You should consider yourself lucky. My first car was a 1984 Chevy Blazer. Good ol' 2.8l V6 powah!! 2nd vehicle was a 1984 Ford F-150. Good V-8 but stalls out 3-4 times a day. It is so fawkin haggard. Now my vehicle is an FC. Insurance will be crazy. About 200 bucks a month for me. And I am 19. You have to pay alot of cash for insurance until you are about 21-25. But like somebody said, get on your folks insurance while you can if you want a 7.

I had to wait about 18 months before I convinced my parents that they were good cars. They always saw my neighbor working on his 3rd gen, and they thought it always had problems. Yeah, things were done every week to that thing, being it is 380rwhp.

Good luck with you beamer. That thing looks cherry. I would pimp that thing. Get some spinnah's on that junks, and tint the windows, and put a stereo in it.

My first car was a 1971 Dodge Colt 4 door Automatic in Powder Blue. It sucked!!

My second and third was a 67 and 68 Mustang respectivly so that made up for it.

Hmmm... new thread..
