go through the kitchen and take a look at all the stuff we keep to snack on. It's all high carbohydrates, high fat.
If you get rid of that stuff, you have a good start already. my parents house is terrible, waaay to many things to snack on.
good luck

lol im on a mission serious! ! ! I enrolled in the gym and spent most of the day there i am very resilient to extended period of time doing exercise. I did about an hour cardio and about and like 1 hour weights for upperbody arms and chest. I was told if i work out my arms now the fat will turn to muscle and my arms will be ripped lol. but to do no abdominal training since i want to reduce the mass. then i did an other hour cardio like a cool down bike and walking. then i came home and did some more wiring on the RX i feel good. I know im going to be paying for it tomorrow morning so im taking 2 ibuprofen 800mg before i go to bed.

Good grief. Don't get in the habit of taking pain meds in anticipation of pain. That stuff will kill your liver if take it regularly. Wait until it actually hurts, and then SUCK IT UP, DUDE! PAIN is your FRIEND!!!

Good for you! I was put on steroids by a quack doctor for my kidney about 5 years ago, the only thing it did for me was throw on 30lbs, I've been tryin to get it off for some time ( they ruin your metabolism on the doses i was on), anyhow I've found in the process I've just started eating better foods, which are better for me and taste better and it makes it much easier to "diet" or rather lose weight. Now if I could just stick to jogging every night i'd be in business!
i cant stand running!

When I worked out frequently, I felt like I was being lazy if some muscles didn't hurt. If nothing on your body hurts, you're probably two days behind!
Not necessarily, but you know what I mean. Pain is a sign of a job well done!
