...Tires squealing from loss of traction......a pause......and then CRASH!

I grab my camera and run to the end of my street where it intersects another road, and maybe 100 yds from that point I see a nice silver STI.

Sorry I couldn't get any closer. I didn't stick around for the cops or tow truck since I had things to do but the fire dept. was there in maybe 4 minutes.

The girl you see in the pics was driving and it wasn't her car. She was crying like mad and she said " I can't believe I wrecked their car!" along with "Why in the **** is he (me) taking pictures!?"

One of the guys that lived a few houses down said she was doing every bit of 60mph (35mph zone) when passing him and it sounded as though she had the throttle fully open. His house was maybe 70 yds from the impact. Mine is much further and I could hear the acceleration before the squeal.

Anyhoo, just thought I would share.

that girl looks like a chick christy who used to have a 10th anny. her boyfreind has a sti and she lives in asheville and he in hickory. wonder if that is her hahaha.

i remember at the 2751 house, cody and i used to sit in the driveway and about 430-530 everyday we'd heard the skidding tires, and its like oOoo oooO, but never the crash.

 

I have met that Christy girl you are referring to. She used to date a guy named Howie. That girl was insane and drove like a crazed freak!

I'm really not sure if it was her. Could have been. I haven't seen her in a while.

 

how do you do that with a sti? had to be like 100mph and oh **** lol
