and hear a loud bang... go back downstairs... look around ? nothing hrmmmm.... go back up stairs later come back down notice stairs look funny crawl in through closet to under stair landing..hmmm nothing is holding up the stairs interesting. needless to say i spent an hour reinforcing the stairs so the landing does fall down. which would be bad especially if i was on it!

Do you rent this house or own it. I think you said you rent it and in that case doen't it suck to fix your landlords house. I had to fix my garage door on my rental and not even a thank you from the bitch. As a matter of fact she kept my security deposit after the rental broker checked the house and said it was the cleanest he had ever seen anyone leave a rental.



I landscaped the front yard and painted the inside of the garage for them too.



She lives on Long Island I might post up her address so my LI friends can go visit her.
