Do you rent this house or own it. I think you said you rent it and in that case doen't it suck to fix your landlords house. I had to fix my garage door on my rental and not even a thank you from the bitch. As a matter of fact she kept my security deposit after the rental broker checked the house and said it was the cleanest he had ever seen anyone leave a rental.



I landscaped the front yard and painted the inside of the garage for them too.



She lives on Long Island I might post up her address so my LI friends can go visit her.
