I think I should race him and if he wins I fire his ***.
Actually his car is pretty bad ***. He gets to 10.5 in the 1/4 using a 200 shot of N2O.
I told him I would race him after I stalled my N2O.
He will probably win. My only hope is that he is lying. Hmmmm. I think a double challange is in order I will race him at the 1/4 mile strip and he has to Autocross at the next event. I bet he will loose by a greater margin in Autocross that I will at 1/4 mile.
I see him and Mazdadrifter talking lots of smack to each other.
I'll post pics later in the week he starts on Thursday.
BTW - I am looking for an entry level position to be filled Pay starts a $10 an hour with an incentive program that earns you from $100-$200+ a week more.

I own a land surveying company. Its my day job. Honestly the more I looked into the speed shop idea the less it looked good.
I still think a hangout place that serves hotdogs and softdrinks might be cool. Possibly with a dyno and lifts for rent. I could host an import night once a week and do dyno pulls for cash.
Right now I need a field position filled in my surveying company. As much as I hate it, it pays my bills and lets me live comfortably. I cannot complain. I just wish it was not so stressful.

The problem with a shop is the internet. Think about it. I spent over 15K on my car and 95% of that was parts purchased over the internet.
Some kid tuning his car is going to want the parts as cheap as possible they will scour the world to save $10.
The field position job description is:
Field Rod Person - Assist Party Chief
Cut brush w/ machete
Operate prism pole
Set up equipment - break down equipment
Help measure whatever needs to be measured
Drive 5/8" x 18" long rebar into ground with 3 lb. sledge.
Set nails in asphalt where needed.
Stock truck with supplies / ice / water when at office.
Do what ever need to be done to help get the job done faster.
We mark properties for builders to build homes. They are wooded vacant lots and we tell the builder where to clear the land and where to put the house. Once the form boards are in the ground we return to make sure they are in the correct position. Once the house is complete w/ drive and walks we return to measure them and reset any property corners that have been destroyed by the construction.
I pay my guys an extra $10 for every Boundary Survey they perform. Thay can earn anywhere from $100 to $250 a week on top of their hourly pay + overtime. The average crew does 4 or 5 boundaries a day. Plus they usually go out for 5 hours on saturday and bank out 3 or 4 more. They will do anywhere from 20-30 in a week. The money is good and we are really busy turning work away every day.
Plus about once a month we go out for beer and wings at the ale house. Like we are doing this friday.

My own problem would be the actual relocating but i have family that could help me out until i have some money.
Would i be eligible? I'm 19 and have gone through legal problems, but right now im a clean kid, in school and everything . i actually just wrote a resume a week or so ago.
what kind of hours are we looking at as well because if anything i'd also get a second job in an independent shop to continue my mechanical abilities.

Are you working now?
PM me a resume if you have one. I know your only 19 bt you must have worked somewhere.
Realize this job is outside all day long. We are still flirting with 90° outside here and its November. 80's are a break from the heat, I am not kidding. The summers here are brutal. I just want you to realize what you are gtting yourself into.
I ahve no problems with people that made mistakes in their lives as long as they are cool now.
BTW - You confuse the hell out of me. I thought you were married? No?
