In Daytona Florida. I drove to my Dads house Firday evening 1.5 hour drive.
I get up at 6:00 Saturday Morning and drive another 1.5 hours to Daytona to the Turkey Rod Run. Its a giant domestic classic car show / swap meet. The whole infield of Daytona is full of cars and parts.
I look all around outside the venue - No Castrol dyno
I pay the $12 admission look around the entire infield - No Castrol Dyno
They were not there. I drove over 200 miles to go to it and they are not there. Their website says they were there .
I asked all the rednecks running all the information booths there. No one knew a thing. I asked the poeple in charge of the vendor displays no one knew anything.
I had to buy a case of Castrol Syntec and provide a reciept in order to enter the contest. I am returning their oil on Monday and getting my money back.
I am also trying to find an e-mail address for Castrol to tell them how pissed I am and how far I drove and how much money I wasted to go to their contest that was not there.
No wonder the HP is so low on their leader board. I wonder if they continued past July with this contest.
Here is a link for their website if you want to see for yourself.

Just think you should have been on the leader board and have $1000 in your pocket!
They better make good on this for me.

I was all set to win that $1000 too. I had done some tuning and turned the boost up to 1.5 bar. It was 40°-50° out Saturday Morning. This was going to be a nice HP pull one to change my sig with.
