Went to bed last night at 2, woke up at 7 to work on the boat until I went to a party at 1 which was spent drinking, tossing the frisbee/football, etc.

Then was going to work on the boat some more around 9 but got dragged into swimming/hot tub at a friends.



Now im going to sleep at 12:30 to wake up at 7 again and finish working on the boat hopefully before 11 which is when I'm hoping to hit the lake, stay there til 9pm or so, then trailer home and more swimming/hot tub.



Got to love the feeling of just having one thing after another to do for a few days in a row, then when you finally get free time, you drop for the nearest bed!





Anyone else had a string of days like this lately?

 

HA HA been there for about a week, was getting to be a drag. had me a concert on Friday and less loose a bit, was a great show and a good time... you need a nap LOL

WHen school was in id stay up till 2 to 3 am then wake at 6.

Today REALLY killed me.



7:00am - woke up

8:00 - started putting boat back together

8:45 - finished above way early

8:50 - decided to change oil

8:51 - echoing scream of JESUS heard in my neighborhood around the time I see tan sludge with the consistency of 90 weight gear oil flowing out of the pan (condensation from winter I was hoping)

9:20 - Drive to parts store to get filter while oil is draining

9:40 - get back, pan is 1/4 full with tan goo

10:30 - oil filter is in, goo is finally finished draining, topped off with fresh oil

10:31 - gathering a bunch of misc crap for the trip from storage and cleaning them (cooler, tube, lifejackets)

12:00pm - finally almost ready to go (or so I think)

1:30 - boat is in the water, cooler filled with drinks and food, gas tank topped off

1:55 - jump in water; screams of "wheres the ******* ICEBERG?!" heard

2:00 - find out water temperature is 55 degrees

4:00 - wake up from baking in the sun

4:10 - first tube victim

4:11 - rope breaks

4:15 - rope breaks again

4:16 - I find rope I bought last year to replace crappy rope that breaks

4:45 - 4 foot air achieved in tube

5:30 - tube is out, skis are in

6:00 - friend driving boat manages to plow the nose under an incoming wave soaking the girls tanning up front

6:30 - try out competition slalom ski, not quite ready!

6:35 - get up first try on the normal slalom

6:39 - drop due to my endurance being way down

6:41 - finish the rest on two skis - 2' air caught

7:00 - boat out of water

8:00 - food at Pizzeria Unos

9:30 - boat back in storage under deck

9:45 - leave to catch Finding Nemo with one of the girls that went on the boat

1:10 - start this post

1:20 - finish



That was way too long, hope it makes you all sleep like I'm about to!
