that is the type of guy someone needs to go talk to, remind him how he will require someone's help should he happen to fall off a ladder or hurt himself mowing the lawn, or if he slips down the stairs- there are alot of hazards around the home and one day he might have to call on someone for "help"

he DID fall off a ladder!

What I want to know is--How is it that a state that is up to its unshaven armpits in debt can afford to be sending people door to door to ensure compliance with petty ordinances?

Has there been an increase in liquor store robberies now that they've let all the criminals out of jail?

LOL ok so just so i've got this strait you are trying to gain economic insight as to the working of a gov't arm? I assume that you are indicating that because they are out of money they should have no drones, this is where you are wrong, using Gov't Economics 101, when you are out of money you hire MORE people, thus increasing the power of your sword, because you will soon have to lay some people off, so you hire 50, lay off 20 for "budget cuts" and yer still up 30 people. Simple really. There is no "budget" in which they are required to live within, they are only required to "reduce" the current budget.

Here is how you apply this to real life, let's say you want to eat lunch and you only have $5.00, the lunch you want costs $7.50, so you can't afford it, the obvious solution here is to use a credit card and have a $40 lunch, you see? Now you still have $5.00 in your pocket and you got to eat a $40 lunch WIN ******* WIN!

Home "ownership" is great Mike, you get to have someone tell you how to cut your lawn, where to park your cars, how many cars you can have, how many pets you can have, when to paint, when to fix your driveway cracks AND at the end of the year if you don't pay them (property taxes) for these wonderful value added features they take your "ownership" away.
