my dad pressed misdemeanor charges on the dog catcher in seattle in the 60's for coming onto his property and telling him he needed to have them licensed.



Although i am sure you can't do that anymore with the "un-patriot act"

It is, or rather will be. We'll only let Natives of the Pacific Northwest region, property owners and those willing to make an investment in business of a given amount to seek citizenship into the new republic.
