we got a picture taken from my front lawn, of my rx7, with a request to move it "off the landscaping" driveway is really long, 6 cars easy, and ive got the rx up front and the right tires on on the rocks next to the driveway.

so essentially they want me to move it 6" to the left.

dont buy a house in sunnyvale, f-ing commies

94touring 01-10-2009 11:27 PM

What happens if you don't move it?

phinsup 01-10-2009 11:34 PM

There's not building going on they have nothing better to do. You buy me a plane ticket out there I'll go picket the city building with you LOL

amp 01-11-2009 09:45 AM

dunno.. sound hickish to me.. car on blocks on the front yard..

why not the driveway.. garage.. or backyard.. how long has it been there..

defprun 01-11-2009 09:48 AM

Just call the FBI tell them that there's a terrorist sleeper cell that is operating in your neighbourhood planning an attack on you and your family, they have already sent you serveying photos of your property so you know they mean business!

Maybe you can have Sally housewife-next-door sent to Gitmo.

Its not on blocks its on some landscaped stones that edge the side of his driveway...

Rob x-7 01-11-2009 10:06 AM

move the car, then place rocks on top of RX7, then the car will be off the rocks AND part of the landscape- win win for everyone !

its probably more a neighboor who does not like you complaining about anything they can.

Thats genious!

You could do what my one Uncle did, and build a huge ass wood fence around the property and then have junk all over the place they can't see. Or bury the car under the landscape.

well if you define a car as some sort of transportation device, id argue it IS landscaping

This is from the city or HOA? If it was me, I'd probably just leave it there to piss them off. I think we need pics of the crime scene too.

Rob x-7 01-11-2009 03:34 PM

what happens if you were to plant a bush in the middle of the driveway? then what would happen hmmmmmmmmmm?

defprun 01-11-2009 08:20 PM

Paint your entire house fluorescent orange that should get you kicked out for sure!

phinsup 01-11-2009 08:37 PM

No they went from calling a 46B+ short a 16b short fall to calling it a 46b short fall. More to come, property values dropping, homeless people don't pay property taxes, city's and states are going to go bankrupt because they are used to a constant inflationary (price of houses) income to a deflationary disaster.

94touring 01-11-2009 09:47 PM

Yeah wait the bastard city folks out. Besides, if half the tire is on the driveway they can suck it. Take pics though.

rowtareh 01-12-2009 09:58 AM

Further proof that California fails more.

phinsup 01-12-2009 10:04 AM

You can't take california serious, they elected the terminator as their governor, they have yet to figure out he's an actor playing the terminator, furthermore he's got them in more of fiscal pickle then the idiot they recalled to put him in office.

When the Pacific Northwest breaks off from the union there's no way in hell we're taking california, you guys are on your own.

1988RedT2 01-12-2009 10:55 AM

Last I heard, Meg Whitman, former CEO of ebay, is next in line for the helm of the lunatic barge named California!

hey we've had a family house in oregon since the mill actually used to take logs and make it into stuff!

j9fd3s 01-12-2009 11:48 AM

pics! #1 is what they gave me, but a couple feet closer #2 is view across the street

1988RedT2 01-12-2009 12:26 PM

You need to trade one of those vehicles for a nice big monster truck. That would surely fix the problem.

defprun 01-12-2009 01:20 PM

With a gunrack!

By the mix of german and jap cars and no american they prolly think you are a WW2 sympathizer.

phinsup 01-12-2009 02:15 PM

Oh I forgot my fellow americans have no idea what I am talking about, they taught history when I was in school so I forget.

In WW2 Japan and Germany were our enemies, so that's what makes that a joke.....

Rob x-7 01-12-2009 03:28 PM

it might be the car PARTS that is the eyesore, move that out of the way.

1988RedT2 01-12-2009 03:53 PM

Yes, and you should keep your hose neatly coiled!

TYSON 01-12-2009 04:13 PM

They musta come all the way up the driveway to even see that.

Time for a bigger dog.

94touring 01-12-2009 07:12 PM

Looks ok to me except the hood and door leaning on the fence. Move those and to hell with moving the car.

my dad pressed misdemeanor charges on the dog catcher in seattle in the 60's for coming onto his property and telling him he needed to have them licensed.

Although i am sure you can't do that anymore with the "un-patriot act"

It is, or rather will be. We'll only let Natives of the Pacific Northwest region, property owners and those willing to make an investment in business of a given amount to seek citizenship into the new republic.
