Well started the Beretta, the interior was NASTY, like no one had ever cleaned it, spent 3 hrs getting it decent, decided to take it to town to put gas in it and fix the horn (which blew the first time it honked, after i spent 45 mins wiring it up since they cut the wires to put in the gay little low rider steering wheel) Put gas in it, heard a dripping sound, looked under teh car, and it was leaking gas fairly bad, now as I've said before I live in a small town and all around is nothing but small towns, and it just so happens i was at the gas station that was supposed to do my inspection, they see the pool of gas under the car, and ask "Gas leak?" (i thought nope, it's supposed to be on the ground and not in the car > ) and I said Yep, but i have worse news, you're supposed to inspect that in about an hour....needless to say I cancelled my inspection, it goes into the shop tomorrow (should cost about 50-60$) so I won't be able to get it inspected till Monday...THEN I went out to change the steering wheel to a normal sized Pilot wheel, and cleaned for another hour (just little stuff, putting things back together from the horn rewire, etc.) and i discovered you can't open the trunk (someone tried to break into it and broke the lock so it doesn't open).....So i guess I may end up just fixing the damn POS and not putting a system in it period, bad bad bad luck I tell ya...

Question

my driver's side door is ok, but the pass side needs a new handle on the outside (snapped) opens from the inside, i can get into the trunk thru the back seats, but a lot of good that does if i need to get the spare tire out or put subs in :P

Well ppl, I'm a damn retard, the "gas" i was seeing leak, was water in the trunk, they lifted it up, and they're like, Where's the leak? I pointed at the spot i saw **** dripping from, they said that's the trunk, the gas tank is midway up the car, DOH!! But while it was up we found some exhaust leaks (it was straight pipe from the cat back, no muffler) so THey're gonna do the exhaust and a tune up and fix my trunk Monday, bought a horn and rewire kit today and a rearview mirror, My g-friend thinks she may want to drive it, I told her after i get all the things fixed, she may get to, as I don't mind driving the Taurus....bleh, i need to grow back a few brain cells, wonder how loud it'll be with glasspacks on it...couldn't be louder than it was :P
