so about 4 months ago, i ordered some stuff from mazda trix. one of the parts i ordered were braided stainless steal brake lines. so i threw them on first chance i got and went about putting the car back together slowly yet surely. well, today i go to bleed the bakes and what happens??? the front right caliper is bone dry!!! so i tell my little bro to pump up the brakes some more and then have him hold again. NOTHING!! i yell at him to PUSH!! he says he is. so i pull the pleeder screw all the way out and what happens.................NOTHING!!! i go threw the bleeding procedure a few more times and its still dry. i look over the hard lines and there all fine. i look over the hard line going into the caliper from the braided line.....seems fine. go threw the sequence again (after i went and did the rest of the calipers) then came back and still nothing. so finaly i pull the line off and what do i see?? a solid metal nipple thingy thats sposed to be drilled out in the center but is not!!! look at the other side and it is drilled but not this side, no siry!

luckly i know to bleed the brakes when ever u open teh system or i could be dead somewhere!!!

well mazdatrix doesn't manufacture brake lines. They resell them, same thing as pepboys selling you those brake lines or motor oil for that matter. You can't really blame mazdatrix on that. However if you contacted mazdatrix about your problem and they sell to buzz off that is a different matter. Perhaps you should contact mazdatrix and have this situation resolved before you start bad mouthing them.

i am contacting them. and they should know what there selling, i go to there site and it doesnt say there made by someone else so blame goes to them, once i find out who makes them i will chcek into there company also! they sell the parts though so its there responsability to make sure the products leaving there store are up to par!!

i know this because i work for sprint, i sell phones made by Samsung, Sanyo, Nokia, etc.... and if something is wrong with the phone it is MY fault for selling faulty products!! and i have to take care of it and give away MY inventory to make things right!!!

and VRSex (sorry i used to have one too lol) its quite the mistake to be making there!

I always use some compressed air in the lines and hoses before install, mufflers, anything that could hold a piece of packing foam or debris from manufacturing.
