I've been really struggling with quitting lately. I've been *trying* to quit since the first. I've smoked a total of four packs of cigarettes in the last three weeks.. Today, I'm trying to be cigarette-free again, it's tough.

Although I already have seen some improvement in my health. In the last week, I've doubled the distance I can run without walking. I've noticed that when I've gone a day or two without a cigarette, I will wake up earlier (before my alarm goes off) and I have more energy and motivation to accomplish household tasks.

I just got my free, personalized quitting program from GSK at committedquitters.com.

I am sitting at my desk, tweaking out, currently.. I need to go for a run or something.
