Slava?

I heard a rumor that they finally found slava?...is this true and what legal actions are being taken against him...he f***ed me over for $1400 and I know other people for thousands. I just wanted to know if there was any legal action I could get involved in and I would be willing to fly anywhere to testify against him.

He probably does have some sort of lawsuit against him. But keep in mind, I believe why he did most of this was because he was having trouble in his life, and he just wanted to get away from it all. I do believe though, stealing money from anyone is very stupid.
Ugh, reasons why I don't trust giving people my money - more or less cash, rather than credit, you can easily cancel - that won't give you your stuff first, let alone looking on a background check about the person before bidding / buying / whatever. Happened to me a crap load of times with a few e-bay costomers when I had won a few diecast models off of them. It sucks

Im down in any way to help prosecute him!!!! He also took me for $1500.00....... I have his email addy and his home addy plus his parents, not to mention there phone numbers.... I have sent him emails and such " pretty nasty ones" and he gave me a sob story that times are rough 
Ya like me being out the money and having to buy those parts again didnt affect me at all!!!!!!!!! About him selling on ebay i sent emails to every one that was bidding and told them my story on how he will take your money and not send you product.......... Then i told him that i will find every thing he does over the net and make it impossible for him to do buisness........ Hey if any one wants to road trip with me when i have some time we can visit him..... I havnt had time to go there but trust me i will make it there.....

If anybody else finds out anything please post and i do want to get something stared against him...i mean if he is trying to sell again he must not be too broke and i don't care if he wqas having a rough time that was my hard earned money as well. how do you think i coped with a apexi GT front mount intercooler, apexi dual power intakes, downpipe, midpipe, and cosmo fuel pump, and 1300 cc injectors with no fu**ing powerfc or commmander to run it all until i had enough money to get another one 7 onths down the road????? I want him to pay for his crime as should anybody in the same position.

Oh I understand that TurboX2, .... most definitely. But, if you guys say he's selling again, can't you get the information off his "new" ebay acct, track down his info, and send it to the po-po?
