I am taking my server test tomorrow, well technically today. I have to have the menu memorized, and know a lot of the wine list as well as some common sauces they use. I think I'll be aight. After that I have to serve the owner, which is no problem because I have had to serve my old GM before. Just got to remember the 13 dinner entrees 16 appetizers, 12 lunch entrees and 7 appetizers. Excititng **** I know. But the guy I trained with on Saturday had one 6 top all night and made 135 bucks off them. ain't bad. Yeah so, uh, fantastic. Where's my colon?
