Putting wings on Honda's isn't nearly as bad as what people in Toledo like to do nowa days. I see prolly 2 or 3 Neon's with full body kits and wings every ******* day. Some painted, some not painted, wings random colors. I've started just pointing out my window at them and laughing as hard as I can.
Maybe they will get the point?

What's worse is every one of the Neons I see with kids driving have fart cans on em. I'm like wow, you car is loud....and slow.....would you just get all the way down my street already so I don't have to listen to your nasty *** exhaust note.

I own a 95 base model Neon with an automatic tranny.
I thought about ricing it out, it's the perfect car for it. Not fast, with the white paint peeling off it looks like crap. With the AC clutch howling it sounds even worse. Perfect rice target!
Don't laugh I might wind up with a fart can cause they're a bit cheaper then the actual muffler. It'll be FAST!
