Hey if u do get the vw sign up HERE They have good knowledge of vws especialy if u want to race them but stop talking about modding the thing because as soon as you mod it you loose your MPG. Just get a 2" Techonics tuning aluminized or stainless depending on if they salt the roads where you live. Prolly gonna want to tune the thing and all that good stuff also. At one point my a2 GTI was getting 44 MPG according the the guages. great daily driver or weekend autocross car just dont try to do both. O yea and whoever says they wanted an a1 GTI the A2 were 1 sec faster in 1/4
