I made Jambalya last night. It was great tasted wonderful. I had it again tonight, and now it's kicking my ***. I felt fine all day, until I ate it again. I have been to the bathroom five times so far tonight. Wow, I'm not eating spicy foods for a while. It has seriously torn up my stomach. Oh well was good going down.

My dad used to always eat spicy foods (and drink beer). Doctors eventually diagnosed him with "erroded stomach lining", and for awhile he couldn't eat anything acidic, including fruits and tomatos, and anything tomato-based, let alone his weekly "wing fix". It would cause him severe pain. Now he can eat a little spicy stuff, but not much.

Be warned!

I don't eat too much spicy food. I think it was just something about eating that spicy two nights in a row. I can feel a spot in my intestines that feels like someone stabbing me, but I can feel it move through my intestines. This morning it was at the bottom this afternoon it was at the top left now it's in the middle. But the pain isn't nearly as bad as it was last night. I don't get it. I just hope I take a monster **** tonight and it all goes away.
