What is the cheapest way to ship 4 wheels with tires mounted on them? Residential to residential.

i did it ups ground from local place. cost like $70

wrap them in Shrink wrap or they will hit you with a surcharge

the guy cut a couple of boxes and put 2 rims in each box they are then labled 1 of 1 2of2 and sent on same tracking # the boxes were filled with foam peanuts.
