or keep someone (me) tied to a branch about 10 feet off the ground for over an hour (hiding from people). i was only 150 pounds back then (only about 4 months ago, now i'm 175, i've been lifting weights at school every day, except tuesdays, whichis when i dont have that class), but they still worked good.

I use a silk scarf (for women). Simple knots can be pulled apart by seperating the wrists, which means the girl only stays bound as long as she wants to be.
