She has been back to to pre pregnancy weight for a couple of months now. She has lost some muscle but is still in awesome shape.
If you guys know nothing about bodybuilding let me tell you a little secret. "Most" bodybuilders are not ripped 365 days a year. Most of them carry around anywhere from 5 -20 lbs of bodyfat when they are not competing. When you see them on stage competing they are in the worst physical shape of their lives they have depleted all their fat stores which is very bad for your internal organs. They are super dehydrated the day of the competition. They drink a gallon+ of water a day for weeks before the competition then cut back to 8 oz. the day before the competition. Then on the day of the comptetition just sips of water. Their body did not store any water because it was tricked when you were drinking the gallon a day. Thats how they get that ripped look.
When my wife gets ripped down for a show she looks completely different. Its almost like I am cheating on her with another chick.
She isnt competing anymore its soo much of a strain on your body and basically very unhealthy. She just trains and does cardio.
I still will not let he punch me anymore.
