Could be tires. Could be driveshaft. Could be wheel bearings. Could be a lot of stuff.

get your tires balanced. get some dexron III mercon something pennzoil trans fluid, do they make that for manuals?

if it was the driveshaft, wouldn't it vibrate at a certain RPM, not a certain speed???

i couldnt go faster than a hundred, the clutch would slip,arg, happened after a week i owned the car and i was babying it too, *******, piece
