[quote name='SilverSeven' date='Sep 14 2005, 03:25 AM']1000 horse is easy for the RB. You can nearly do that on stock internals (not quite though). It all comes down to one thing. How fast do you want to spend?

1000 hp on a stock internal RB26? Which fantasy world do I have to go to? Initial D? Maybe a stock oilpan...but definitely not a stock block. "stock" block is really only good for about 500 hp...and even that's pushing it ... and still losing to modified single turbo FD's...just ask IGY

I lived in Japan for 5 years and my first car was a skyline gtst. It was the slowest piece of crap around. Stock sr20's where whipping me up. Thats not the car to drop some cash into.

SoCal, actually. We built one at the shop that I worked at. Seasoned R33 RB26, twin HKS GT2835s, and a big squeeze. 976 hp at the crank.

Last I heard it had put down over 20 low 10 second passes in an S14 chassis, and they were still working to get it out of the hole better. I don't recall the exact trap right now, but it was ungodly.
