I was at work, it was a very scarry and odd feeling here in New York, I remember actually being a bit uneasy and looking up wondering what was going to happen next- would missles start coming down, or another plane?

I was glued to the television and wanted to go down and help with anything I could, hand out water, shovel, carry buckets- whatever, but you could not. Made you feel very helpless.

In high school, skipped my math class with some other people to watch everything. Saw the second plane hit live and I just really couldn't believe it.

I was in military school on Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland. I was in History class, and I think we were talking about war believe it or not. Then another teacher came in crying and said the towers got hit by a plane.

All I can say is that it was FULL SCALE LOCKDOWN on the base. Nobody in and nobody out for a month. We could not even call our parents. All we could do was watch. It was tough living like that, and considering I only had been in for 2 months, it was harder.

I woke up that morning not feeling very well. Called work to let them know I wasn't coming in and my boss just said there was some crazy **** happening and planes were crashing into biuldings in the States. Turned the TV on and my wife told me to turn it off and come back to bed. Told here to 'get up, you gotta watch this'. Sat in front of the telly all day, till it was time for bed again. I barely moved. I'll never forget it.
