Last I heard was 4.5 inches and yea lots of flooding.

i love florida, the weather down here usually knows excaclty what it wants to do, like good weather should.



when it is sunny it's fukin hot



when it rains it comes in barrels



when it's done it's sunny again



none of this in-between bullshit
