[/quote]

eh... a 61 or 62, MAYBE. they were unibody and lighter.. mine would be way to heavy... a 4 rotor maybe, but not a 13b..

I'm putting a 460 in mine...

I'm angry at Scion in general for taking an awesome name and really cool logo, then slapping it on a bunch of crap-*** cars. Something with that name and logo should look remarkably like an FD, not an oddly shaped cube, or micro machine. It should also go fast and get shitty gas mileage, dammit. I'm mad, I want this division of Toyota scrapped and sold to someone cool. Lotus or something. Those cars look wierd but still evil, and something like this would fit perfectly on an Elise or Exige.

Weren't these things designed with "ricers" and "modifiers" in mind since you have a much more flexible warranty and they offer a lot of parts for them?

I like the XB....not because it is sporty or cool.....well it's kinda cool. I just like it, because it is very inexpensive, it's a Toyota, it comes with a bunch of standard features, has great interior space, the engine is a little weak, but it gets awesome gas mileage, will last forever, and as long as it's hooked up to a 5 speed it scoots around ok. If it had to be my only car, I couldn't own one.....I have to have a rotary or at least a RWD Toyota.......

Pyrrian: Perhaps you miss the marketing genious behind Scion.

Toyota offers cars and trucks accross the board now, in different, successfull companies, that don't compete with one another.

Lexus is high scale sedans and Suv's, Toyota is your typical average-income affordable everyday cars (Sporty or not), and Scion offers economical cars with a 'tude to attract the HS/College aged folk who want something new but reliable, affordable, and "cool".

I think it's great. The Xa and Xb aren't to my liking, but they are a great package. The Tc is cool, but the rear is too thick, it's more of an "Accord" than a sportier coupe.

What I'd love to see in the near future, is their most sporty type of econmical hatchback, something along the lines of an Integra in both looks, stance, feel, etc.

I'd actually consider it if it looked good enough.

I wasn't entirely serious with the post. You see, the very first time I saw Scion, I just saw the logo. I was like, "Whoah, that's a pretty neat name and logo." Then I saw the cars, and I was a bit disappointed because I really don't think the name fits them. There's nothing wrong with the cars or anything, it's just that when I imagined it, I thought it would be cool on something like an Elise. I'm not really mad at the company, I'm just sort of disappointed that it didn't live up to being like my original ideas of it.

The first time I saw the Scion logo, it was in a retarded comercial with a soundtrack that sounded like a poorly encoded MP3. Then I noticed the cars looked like crap. The word Scion was mentioned on this forum or the evil one before I had ever seen the comercials, but upon seeing them, I lost all interest. Since then I've started to notice the mentallity of the audience those comercials were targeted for and the word 'rice' comes to mind. I hate Scions. Even the name looks stupid now.
