Scca Grand Poobah Says

I forgot to mention this.
The other day the SCCA grand poobah of rules called the shop to discuss inlet restriction on GT4 class motors. blah blah blah we got nowhere.
I got him on the phone after my boss gave up and decided to ask him why 13b's are considered a 2 liter plus class motor.
Its not math...its not how its measured...and its not how it fires vs a piston engine.
Its specific output. That's all, a 13B, has the same hp per liter as a 2.6 liter 4cylinder motor. Competition has to be kept fair somehow. So, that is how they did it.
DSR class cars are different, since they are all almost powered by PP 13'bs
