bumpers are stock, he has a aftermarket grill in the front, or its just painted where its normally chrome, the mesh itself is stock
why would he smash his tailight if there is nothing wrong with it?
and being that he got hit by someone else and the car is pretty new they wont write for aftermarket parts.

just re-read his post i think he meant he wants to replace the broken parts WITH aftermarket pieces.
Aka adjusters says how much money itll cost he says "can i buy aftermarket bumpers with that?"

I think he wants the insurance adjuster to let him use the money to buy aftermarket bumpers instead of OEM when he gets his car repaired.
