I bet that would be a GREAT donor car for a T2 swap. That is if you replaced the head light fluid. They shouldn't be staying up like that, could be a jammed muffler bearing.

Wait... i think that i did miss somthing.... is that or is that not a pretty great deal i mean how bad is a head gasket to do?

It's nearly impossible on one of these cars. If you have one blow out on an RX-7, you have some serious issues....
