No, the domain's previous operators engaged in unethical behavior and their rights to the name were revoked. it is now for sale.

now what does that mean. They put up car **** and got booted
Its BS this woman who had a personal webpage, got bought out and they wantedto charge her $3k a year instead of $90 a year cause it got a lot of hits
