Keynote22 and I are putting out the final curtain call on this year's event. Our ideas for next year are starting to come together, and we want to start focusing 100% of our attention on 2004.

So, we are now taking pre-orders for this year's event DVD. We've spent the last two weeks pouring over tape of the event. Cutting, cropping, splicing and mixing has taken all our energies and it looks like we are nearing production on the DVD.

Here are some details:

Format: DVD+RW (works in most players sold in the last two - three years)

Full Menus

Approximately 50 mins of video and photos

New music

Captures the full fun and excitement of the event

Will keep you excited until next year

Helps us jump-start next years bigger better event.

Price: $14 (includes shipping)

We are using the PayPal account for the pre-orders. The first DVD's should start shipping next week.

Click the PayPal button to order yours today (make sure to include your shipping address).

dont you think maybe the people who attended should get a discount? i didn't attend or anything but i hate when event's i go to then come out and charge me and people who didnt pay to go there the same price for a video or anything from the event. i was pretty sure you had like a list of people attending so it wouldnt be too hard, i could be wrong.

no offense implied just offering a suggestion i guess.

That is an interesting idea, but if we were to do something like that it would have made it more expensive. The $14 price (shipped) would actually have to be raised to charge those who didn't attend more considering our costs (the event, the videographers, the price of blank DVD media, printing the media, blank cases, printing the cases, duplicating the master DVD, etc...)

Also, it is a marketing tool to lure more rotary owners to next year's event

But thanks for the idea.
